UK process agent representation for overseas companies or individuals entering into English law agreements/contracts.
A UK Process Agent (also known as ASP or sometimes ASLP) is required when a party to a transaction does not have a physical presence in the UK where the transaction is taking place.
A UK Process Agent can act for a company and/or individuals acting as the agent for court actions and/or arbitration proceedings, receiving notices where a UK presence is necessary for contracts under the laws of England and Wales.
The Process Agent's criteria are to accept delivery of any documents referring to court proceedings issued out of the courts of England and ensure that they are forwarded quickly to the client, to minimise delays allowing the client sufficient time to respond.
We provide a same-day service option for our valued clients who are pressed for time. This service incurs an additional fee, and online orders must be placed before 2pm UK time. Clients will receive their confirmation letter by the close of business on the same working day.
No, there are currently no AML requirements when Axsuma agrees to act as your process agent.
All fees in GBP (£) exclusive of VAT.
